Easy quick cooking Thai cuisine
Green curry
1. Mix 50g of Green curry paste with 250ml of coconut milk let boil and stir throughout for 5 minute.
Add 400g-450g of meat (cut small) then 250ml of coconut milk cook and stir until meat tender.
Put 150g of eggplant, carrot or any kind vegetables. Stir until cooked.
You must taste before seasoning fish sauce, sugar or chili powder for you requires.
Garnish: holy or sweet basil leaves, kaffir lime leaves and chili.
Serves 3-4 persons can be enjoy with rice, noodles or spaghetti.

*Keep in the cool after open curry bag and closed. *
